The Client:

Qubeone is a high-end real estate brand in the UAE. The company specializes in elite real estate and stands among market leaders with its high level of stability, reliability, trust, and an amazing track record.

The Challenge:

The challenge here was to create a web resource that provided convenient back-end property management for the company as well as a user-facing front-end that aligned with the company’s image as any errors could have caused damage to the brand as well as financial losses.

The Solution:

MakeIT combined branding elements with interactivity and a logical structure to create an elegant solution. The site was built with an API-first methodology for proper code organization and ease of data exchange with daughter sites and third party systems. Deep integration with a CRM system was also performed to import all property data as well as take potential customers through the sales process.

Smart search function:

Using a CRM API and a smart algorithm, the platform creates a property database with easy-to-use search fields and lightning-fast performance (powered by the Sphinx search server). Qubeone even decided to replace the search function in their internal CRM system with this solution, since the latter turned out to be a more user friendly way for the company’s sales managers to quickly find the information they need.

Revenue statistics:

Even though Qubeone uses a CRM system for their sales process, they decided that most statistics should be displayed directly on the website. We developed a section that displays detailed statistical information based on every sale made through the website.

Interactive map:

An easy solution to pick the location of your future home or office – the interactive map lets the customer check the region and see detailed information about it as well as shows the most fitting properties located there. A Swiss army knife to pick the perfect place!

Integration with a support ticket system:

No support requests are lost if everything is planned correctly. A user sends a question or request using a contact form at the bottom of the “Contact Us” page. This automatically creates a record in the CRM system and assigns it to the responsible manager.  It also sends a notification to the manager and allows him or her to control and track further communication with the client without any issues. Easy as pie!
